We Are Hot!!!

We are excited to announce that Aquaterra has recently been named to the Zweig White Hot Firm 2009 List! For those of you who religiously read the Zweigletter, you are probably familiar with their annual announcement of the fastest growning firms in the AEP and environmental consulting industry. Well, wait no longer - we are officially on the list, coming in at number 81 out of the top 200 fastest growing firms in the country! This marks the third year in a row that Aquaterra has been awarded this honor. In 2007 we came in at 184 and in 2008 we placed at 137 out of 200.

We are very proud of this accomplishment as it takes teamwork, dedication, and hard work to achieve the success that we've had and receive accolades of this magnitude. There is no doubt that we can and will continue the success that we've had with the great group of people we have here at Aquaterra!

The complete listing of the 200 Hot LIst Firms can be found at http://www.zweigwhite.com/images/public-downloads/the-zweig-letter-826.pdf.

Aquaterra's Going Green

With recent shift toward greener practices, Aquaterra has begun to change the way we do things in-house in order to conserve as many of our reusable resources as possible. We recycle our aluminum cans, plastic bottles, paper and paperboard, and even our toner cartridges. We also strive to complete the cycle where possible by exclusively purchasing recycled paper and recycled ink pens.

Although we are changing some of the smaller-scale practices within our organization, Aquaterra has been finding sustainable solutions for larger projects for years. Wheter it is designing and permitting a compost facility or implementing landfill-gas-to-energy projects, Aquaterra has the skills and experience necessary to find "green" alternatives for our clients.
