Floyd Cotter, PE

Floyd attended the University of Arkansas where he earned a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering. After completing graduate school he began a career in the engineering consulting industry with an early emphasis on investigation and remediation of industrial properties. Later his focus turned to the solid waste management industry where he currently practices. His interest includes sustainability as it applies to all areas of waste management and site selection/permitting of solid waste management facilities. He is a licensed professional engineer in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
