Jennifer is a native of western Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and the University of Wyoming where she earned her M.S degree in Environmental Engineering. After earning her degrees, she moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and began a working for an ENR top 200 engineering consulting firm focused on civil and environmental engineering. In 2003, she returned to western Nebraska to continue her consulting career. Her specialties include petroleum remediation, groundwater and contaminant investigations, solid waste, groundwater sampling, environmental compliance and permitting; and water supply and treatment. She is a licensed professional engineer in Nebraska, Wyoming and Kansas and is active in the Solid Waste Agency of North America (SWANA).
